§ 9A.06.020. Incorporation by reference—RCW 66.44.270.

Pursuant to RCW 35A.11.020 and 35A.12.140, the city adopts by reference RCW 66.44.270 entitled "Furnishing Liquor to Minors—Possession, Use—Penalties—Exhibition of Effects—Exceptions" as presently constituted or hereinafter amended, as the city enactment relating to minors and intoxicating liquor. RCW 66.44.270 is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth.

Ord. No. W-03, § 1, adopted Nov. 29, 2012, repealed the former § 9A.06.020. Section 2 of said ordinance enacted provisions that were not specifically amendatory. At the editor's discretion, the provisions were designated as § 9A.06.020. The former § 9A.06.020 pertained to intoxicating liquors—Minors and derived from Ord. No. N-87, § 1, adopted 1986; Ord. No. M-16, adopted 1982; Ord. No. L-25, § 1, adopted 1981; Ord. No. J-72, § 1, adopted 1977; Ord. No. J-44, § 4(part), adopted 1976.
