§ 21.46.030. Vertical clearance.

(a)

Standard. No obstruction between the height of three feet and eight feet above the surface of the street shall be allowed within the clear view triangle as described in 21.46.040.

(b)

Exceptions.

(1)

Utility poles.

(2)

Regulatory signs.

(3)

Tree trunks.

(4)

Pre-existing buildings.

(5)

Buildings in the C-1 zone.
