§ 3.08.480. Information technology fund—Created.

There is created and established a special revenue fund in the office of finance to be known and designated as the "information technology fund," for the deposit of monies in such fund and expenditures wherefrom.
(1)

There shall be deposited and placed in this fund all sums which have been, or are now, or shall in the future be collected, taxes, permits or licenses, intergovernmental state shared revenues, charges for fees and services, fines or restitution, rent proceeds or any other monies designated for the purpose of information technology for the city.

(2)

The monies in this fund may be expended only for the purpose of maintenance, operations, capital outlays, assessments by other funds and other expenses directly related to the operation of information and communication operating facilities of the city.
