§ 2.60.012. Purpose.

This chapter creates an administrative hearing and adjudicatory system to act upon quasi-judicial and other administrative matters to:
(a)

Review certain land use and regulatory matters; and

(b)

Ensure due process and appearance of fairness in such proceedings.
