§ 2.46.040. Information technology equipment.

The mayor and each council member of the City of Cheney will receive a lap-top computer, router/firewall, a modem, and a printer. This will allow the chief administrative officer and the governing body access to the citizens through the city web page to conduct business of the citizenry and with city hall. At the end of their term in office all equipment will be returned to the city.
