§ 2.14.050. Building inspections.

  • Building inspections shall be made by the department officers, in accordance with the Cheney Fire Code, to determine the arrangement of buildings with respect to one another, to familiarize themselves with the inside of every building and its contents, to study the best methods of attacking every building in case of fire, and to note all new obstructions. The fire chief and the other officers of the department are empowered to enter any and all buildings and premises at any reasonable hour for the purpose of making such inspections. Records shall be kept of all inspections including notes and sketches.
