§ 23.100.010. Purpose.

A notice of application provides the applicant, public, city departments, and agencies with jurisdiction information about the proposal or project. The notice of application may be combined with the (SEPA) threshold determination. The notice of application shall contain the information set forth in CMC 23.100.030(a)(1)-(14).
