§ 1.27.140. Remedies not exclusive.

Latest version.

The levy of a notice of violation or civil infraction is not exclusive and does not preclude other remedies for violations of the Municipal Code, such as, but not limited to, revocation of license or permit, collection of penalties and interest, suspension of municipal service and abatement of nuisance.
