§ 19.06.080. Board of appeals.

IBC section 113, IRC section R112, and all references to board of appeals contained within other codes and/or ordinances adopted by this title are hereby deleted. Appeals of decisions of the building official, or designee, shall be in accordance with CMC chapter 9.06.
