§ 15.04.020. Appointment of director, personnel.

The director of public works, who shall be the director of the wastewater division, and such other personnel as the city council may from time to time authorize shall be appointed by the mayor and shall hold such appointment without definite term. The director may appoint and remove employees of the wastewater division.
